ChromiumBuilds

Chromium for Windows

Chromium for Windows comes from several independent maintainers, and they differ in ways that matter: whether browser sign-in works, whether ordinary web video plays, and which CPU generation is required. All of them are portable or installer packages you update by hand.

Checked automatically Aug 29, 2026. Latest Chromium stable is 152.0.7977.64.

Not sure? Hibbiki Chromium 152.0.7977.65 is the safest default for most Windows users. Jump to it, or read how the builds differ.

Windows 64-bit (x86-64)

Windows ARM64

For Windows on ARM devices such as the Surface Pro X and Snapdragon X laptops. An x64 build will run under emulation, but a native ARM64 build is considerably faster.

Windows 32-bit (x86)

32-bit builds. You only need these on genuinely old hardware; any Windows installation from the last decade should use the 64-bit build.

Keeping it updated

None of these builds update themselves. Chromium ships security fixes roughly every two weeks, so a build more than a month old is genuinely worth replacing. See how to update Chromium, or subscribe to the release feed.
